I truly want to help you see just how valuable regular massages can be vs. only getting an occasional massage to treat yourself.

5. I reserve up to 30 minutes after each massage for questions, comments, and self care suggestions that might best benefit you between appointments. No rushing you off in order to get to the next appointment.

6. Since I'm not a spa, I'm more focused on the more therapeutic side of massage than simply making you feel good. I want to help you better function in your day-to-day life, and help you recover between workouts/races.
